The Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) equips the student with the knowledge and skills necessary to promote, maintain, and restore the well-being of the client, the family, and the community in a holistic manner. Likewise, the student will develop skills by practicing in simulated environments and clinical experiences. Upon licensure, graduates of this program may practice as a Registered Nurse.
The nursing courses are crafted with modules geared towards preparing students for the NCLEX exam. Throughout classes, students learn content tailored to these exams, with professors providing assessments at the end of each course to gauge understanding.
